Adyar Poonga envisioned as the Eco Restoration Park and Centre for Excellence in Ecology, Sustainability and Environmental Education in the city of Chennai. Infrastructure Management and Advisory Services Private Limited (INMAAS) has been appointed as the Project Management Consultants (PMC) for the Project.

The scopes of the assignment covering the entire 58 acres of land includes drawing up of the project in accordance to the time frame suggested in agreement with the contractor and to monitor the works to be implemented and also to recommend the monthly budget for the contractor. The scope of work also includes verification of the as built drawings prepared by the contractor and to do quality audit studies.
